Before we arrived, we had several messages from the hotel as they wanted to give us the most comfortable room for us, and on the ground floor because of walking problems. So the caring started even before we walked through the door. The atmosphere was lovely in the hotel. Lovely housekeeping staff, very caring. Lovely staff in the breakfast room, they had so much patience with people. Having worked in the profession myself, we just notice how sometimes people negatively treat staff. But Holiday Inn staff are totally wonderful. We will be back, thank you.

So pleasantly surprised. Such a lovely-looking Hotel. I loved the room and BATHROOM!! Plus the guest areas; the reception. the bar, the breakfast hall and the view. Everything looked lovely and beautifully designed. The staff were nice, polite and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay and won't stay anywhere else again when I'm in the Milton Keynes area. Happy to see an iron and ironing board in the room. Nice touch

The room was well maintained and the bed was comfy with clean fresh bed linen and towels. The staff were lovely and genuinely helpful courteous and professional. They made our stay.

The room itself was very nice, excellent ensuite and very peaceful. Breakfast was very comprehensive and the hot food was hot. Staff in reception and the dining room were of a high standard. We have stayed at the hotel before and found it a very pleasant establishment and therefore we booked again and this time for more than just one night.

My first and wont be last time staying here at the Holiday Inn Hotel outside MiK. Everyone and everything was A1 Top service absolutely awswome the best New year's Break so far thanks to the lovely friendly warm welcoming extremely helpful staff at the hotel. I would also like a huge big thanks to reception staff and especially to Kelly'who made it all possible by pulling out all the stop in aiding my stay making it one of the most memorable stays at any hotel. Although Kelly is recently new to your hotel she has incredible fantastic customer service and right from the booking over the telephone to check out she delivered and exceeded my expectations I wish her a happy bright career at your hotel. Thanks to her I certainly look forward to another awesome stay at the hotel in the near future.

Loved how peaceful it was. Thought it might be heaving due to the F1, but it was lovely and quiet. Staff couldn’t have been nicer! And the steak I had for dinner was lovely - great sized portion of garlic butter.

Wonderful building with lots of history. The areas around the dining rooms were beautifully furnished and had several seating areas with tv in each area perfect for small groups/families to gather to socialise with each other. Breakfast experience was lovely. Walk in shower in ensuite was perfect.

The room we had was spacious and clean. The breakfast was included and was nice. Whilst the hotel is next to the M1, you couldn't really hear it, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff are willing to help as much as they can, and the car park is big, so even when busy you can park.

I’ve stayed here before, and as previously, the room was a good size and the shower was lovely. The staff were excellent and very attentive. And we ate at the bar this time, and my club sandwich and my colleague’s pizza were very large and very tasty indeed, and the food and drink price offered great value for money

lovely comfortable hotel, even had chocolate and crisps in the room for snacks staff were all friendly and welcoming. lovely comfortable 4 poster bed perfect to relax and unwind, so good I can’t comment on breakfast as I slept in. easy to control heating or air con.
